Innova Apps ("we," "our," or "us") is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and safeguard your information when you use our Email to Azure DevOps Outlook add-in ("Service").
Key Point: We do not store your email content or Azure DevOps credentials. Your data flows directly between Outlook, Azure DevOps, and our AI service without being retained on our servers.
Information We Collect
When you use Email to Azure DevOps, we collect:
- Account Information: Your Microsoft account email address for authentication and subscription management
- Usage Data: Anonymous analytics about feature usage to improve the Service
- OAuth Tokens: Encrypted tokens to maintain your Azure DevOps connection (stored securely)
Information We Do NOT Collect
- Email content or attachments (processed in real-time, not stored)
- Azure DevOps passwords or personal access tokens
- Personal information beyond what's required for the Service

AI Processing
When you use our AI-powered features:
- Email content is sent to OpenAI for processing
- AI processing happens in real-time and content is not stored
- You can opt out of AI features and manually enter work item details
- We do not use your data to train AI models
Sharing, Transfer, and Disclosure of Microsoft User Data
We are transparent about how your Microsoft/Outlook user data may be shared:
Service Providers (necessary for app functionality):
- Microsoft Azure DevOps: When you create a work item, email subject, sender information, and AI-generated summary are transferred to your Azure DevOps organization. This transfer only occurs when you explicitly click "Create Work Item."
- OpenAI: Email content is sent to OpenAI for summarization. This processing is transient and content is not stored by the AI service.
- Stripe: Your email address is shared with Stripe for payment processing when you subscribe to a paid plan.
We do NOT share, sell, rent, or disclose your Microsoft user data to:
- Advertisers or ad networks
- Data brokers
- Information resellers
- Any other third parties for their own marketing purposes
Important: All data sharing is solely for providing and improving the Email to Azure DevOps service functionality. We never sell your data.

Our Service integrates with:
