Key Point: We do not store your email content or Monday.com credentials. Your data flows directly between Outlook, Monday.com, and our AI service without being retained on our servers.

AI Processing
When you use our AI-powered features:
- Email content is sent to OpenAI for processing
- AI processing happens in real-time and content is not stored
- You can opt out of AI features and manually enter item details

Sharing, Transfer, and Disclosure of Microsoft User Data
We are transparent about how your Microsoft/Outlook user data may be shared:
Service Providers (necessary for app functionality):
- Monday.com: When you create an item, email subject, sender information, and AI-generated summary are transferred to your Monday.com workspace. This transfer only occurs when you explicitly click "Create Item."
- OpenAI: Email content is sent to OpenAI for summarization. This processing is transient and content is not stored by the AI service.
- Stripe: Your email address is shared with Stripe for payment processing when you subscribe to a paid plan.
We do NOT share, sell, rent, or disclose your Microsoft user data to:
- Advertisers or ad networks
- Data brokers
- Information resellers
- Any other third parties for their own marketing purposes
Important: All data sharing is solely for providing and improving the Email to Monday service functionality. We never sell your data.
