By downloading, installing, or using Legal Parking ("App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.
Important Disclaimer: Legal Parking is an informational tool only. Always verify parking rules with on-site signage before parking. We are not responsible for any parking fines, tickets, or penalties you may receive.
Description of Service
Legal Parking is a mobile application that provides:
- Interactive maps showing parking zones in Copenhagen and Frederiksberg
- Information about parking rules, prices, and time restrictions
- AI-powered parking sign interpretation
- General guidance about parking regulations
Important Limitations
You understand and agree that:
- Informational purposes only: The App provides general information and should not be relied upon as the sole source for parking decisions
- No guarantee of accuracy: While we strive to maintain accurate data, parking rules may change without notice
- Verify on-site: Always check physical parking signs and meters before parking
- Not affiliated: We are not affiliated with Copenhagen, Frederiksberg, or any municipality or parking authority
- AI limitations: The AI Sign Reader provides interpretations that may not be 100% accurate
Your Responsibility: You are solely responsible for ensuring your vehicle is parked legally. The App is a helpful tool, not a legal guarantee.
License and Use
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to:
- Download and install the App on your personal mobile device
- Use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes
- Access the parking information and features provided
Prohibited Uses
You agree not to:
- Use the App for any commercial purpose without our written consent
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
- Copy, modify, or distribute the App or its content
- Use the App in any way that violates applicable laws
- Attempt to interfere with or disrupt the App's functionality
- Scrape, extract, or harvest data from the App
Intellectual Property
The App and its content, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, and software, are the property of Innova Apps and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
Third-Party Services
The App uses third-party services including:
- Google Maps for map display
- AI services for sign interpretation
- Firebase for analytics
Your use of these services is subject to their respective terms and privacy policies.
Disclaimer of Warranties
THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:
- Warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose
- Warranties that the App will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free
- Warranties regarding the accuracy, reliability, or completeness of information
Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, INNOVA APPS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR:
- Any parking fines, tickets, penalties, or towing fees
- Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
- Any loss or damage arising from your reliance on the App's information
- Any damages resulting from unauthorized access to your device or data
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Innova Apps, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of the App or violation of these Terms.
Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes through the App or by updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
Termination
We may terminate or suspend your access to the App at any time, without prior notice, for any reason, including violation of these Terms. You may stop using the App at any time by uninstalling it from your device.
Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Denmark, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
