Which Monday.com plans are supported?
Gmail to Monday works with all Monday.com plans including Free, Basic, Standard, Pro, and Enterprise.
Is my email content stored?
No. Email content is processed in real-time for AI summarization and item creation, but is never stored on our servers. See our Privacy Policy for details.
Can I use Gmail to Monday with multiple workspaces?
Yes! During setup, you can choose which Monday.com workspace to use. You can switch workspaces at any time from the add-on settings.
How do I cancel my subscription?
You can cancel your subscription at any time by clicking "Manage Subscription" in the add-on or by contacting support@innovaapps.ai. Your access continues until the end of your billing period.
Can I disable the AI features?
Yes. You can manually enter item details without using AI generation. Simply skip the "Generate with AI" button and fill in the fields yourself.
What permissions does the add-on need?
The add-on needs permission to read email content (to generate summaries) and access Gmail add-on capabilities. It also needs permission to connect to your Monday.com account via OAuth.
Troubleshooting
Add-on not appearing in Gmail
Try refreshing Gmail or signing out and back in. If the issue persists, try reinstalling the add-on from the Google Workspace Marketplace.
Monday.com connection issues
Click "Disconnect" in the add-on settings, then reconnect to Monday.com. Ensure you have the necessary permissions in your workspace to create items.
AI generation not working
AI generation requires an active subscription. Check your subscription status in the add-on. If you have an active subscription and still experience issues, contact support.
