Get up and running with Innova Apps in under 5 minutes.

Getting Started with Outlook Add-ins

Install from Microsoft Marketplace

Visit Microsoft Marketplace and search for your desired add-in (Email to Azure DevOps, Email to Jira, or Email to Monday). Click "Get it now" to install.

Open in Outlook

Open Outlook (Desktop or Web). Select any email, then find the add-in in the ribbon or More Actions menu.

Connect Your Account

Click "Connect" to authenticate with your work management platform (Azure DevOps, Jira, or Monday.com) using secure OAuth.

Create Your First Item

Select a project/board, let AI generate a title and description, adjust as needed, and click "Create"!

Getting Started with Gmail Add-ons

Install from Workspace Marketplace

Visit the Google Workspace Marketplace and search for Gmail to Jira or Gmail to Monday. Click "Install" to add it to your Gmail.

Open in Gmail

In Gmail, open any email. Look for the add-on icon in the right sidebar panel.

Authorize Access

Click the add-on and authorize it to access your email content and connect to your work management platform.

Create Items from Emails

Use AI to generate item details, select your destination project/board, and submit!

💡 Pro Tip: The AI feature works best when emails have clear, descriptive content. You can always edit the generated text before submitting.
