Open any work item in Azure DevOps and click the "Work Item Twins" button in the toolbar. The panel will show if the item already has a twin or allow you to create one.
Select the target project and work item type. Optionally search for a parent work item. Choose which fields to synchronize and exclude State or Assigned To if needed.
Click "Create Twin Work Item" and you're done! From now on, changes sync automatically when you save either work item. Use "Manual Sync" anytime for on-demand synchronization.
